IBPS RRB Officer Scale I, II and III Examination Pattern: 

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is going to organize Online Common Written Examination (CWE) for conduct recruitment in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). The pattern of common written test of Officer Scale I, II and III positions is described below in detail.

IBPS RRB CWE Pattern Information:

CWE consist of total 5 tests with 200 total questions and consist 200 marks. The marks allotment for each test and similar details are provided below in brief.

Common Written Examination:

For Officer Scale-I:

Imp Note: 

1. There is negative marking of 0.25 marks from the total marks that you have scored.

2. Cut off marks can be decided on the basis of Average score.

3. CWE Score cards can be available through IBPS Web portal.

4. Score status can be valid for one year from the date of releasing it.

5. CWE can be organized at various centers as provided in the notification.

6. Pre examination training can be provided for limited no of applicants for which online application has to be prepared.

Common Interview Round: Applicants who can able to qualify the Online examination can be called for Common Interview organized by the Nodal Regional Rural Bank in every State/ UT, and coordinated by IBPS. The total marks allotted for Interview round are 100. The minimum qualifying marks in interview and for local language proficiency must not be less than 40% (35% for SC/ ST applicants).

The minimum qualifying marks in interview for Officer Scale II and III can also not be less than 40% for all the aspirants except 35% for SC/ ST applicants. The relative weightage (ratio) of CWE and interview can be 70:30. Applicants must have to qualify both in the CWE and interview process and have higher in the merit list for getting shortlisted for provisional joining (allotment) round.
